1. Agreement to Terms

By booking and using MYLE Home Services ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MYLE Home Services.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

MYLE Home Services provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in the Greater Montreal area, including but not limited to:

  • Turnover cleaning for property transitions
  • Deep cleaning services
  • Move-in/move-out ready cleaning
  • Staging preparation
  • Regular maintenance cleaning

All services are performed by trained, insured professionals using industry-standard cleaning products and equipment.

3. Booking and Scheduling

3.1 Booking Process

Services may be booked through:

3.2 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email or SMS from us. All bookings are subject to availability.

3.3 Scheduling Changes

We accommodate schedule changes when possible. Please contact us as soon as you need to reschedule. While we never cancel on our clients, we appreciate advance notice of any changes to your booking.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Client Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment:

  • 48+ hours notice: Full refund or free rescheduling
  • 24-48 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee
  • Less than 24 hours: Full service charge applies
  • No-show: Full service charge applies

4.2 Company Cancellations

In the rare event we need to cancel (emergency, weather, etc.), you will receive:

  • Immediate notification
  • Priority rescheduling
  • Full refund if rescheduling is not possible

Note: MYLE Home Services has maintained a 0% no-show rate for over 5 years.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Pricing Structure

Our pricing is transparent and based on:

  • Property size (square footage, number of rooms/bathrooms)
  • Service type (turnover, deep cleaning, etc.)
  • Any additional services or add-ons

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes.

5.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept:

  • Credit and debit cards
  • E-transfer to payment@myleservices.com
  • Cash

5.3 Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Services beyond the original scope
  • Excessive clutter or unsanitary conditions
  • After-hours or emergency services

Any additional charges will be discussed and approved before work proceeds.

6. Service Guarantees and Quality Standards

6.1 Our Commitment

We guarantee:

  • Professional, trained staff on every job
  • Use of quality, eco-friendly cleaning products
  • Inspection-ready results for turnover cleaning
  • Same team consistency for repeat bookings

6.2 Quality Assurance

If you are not satisfied with our work:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of service completion
  • We will return to address any issues at no additional cost
  • Photo documentation may be requested

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Insurance

MYLE Home Services maintains comprehensive:

  • General liability insurance
  • Workers' compensation coverage
  • Professional indemnity insurance

7.2 Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage not reported before service
  • Damage to improperly installed or unstable fixtures
  • Natural wear and tear revealed during cleaning
  • Loss of items not secured before service

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided or CAD $1,000, whichever is less.
